We Know Security and Trust in a site is important to our customers, we therefore have purchased Comodo Secure (tm) certificate protection which provides https padlock protection on every page of our site.
All customer information such as name, address, telephone number and email which you provide to us when an order is placed will be used for the purpose of the Order Processing, Delivery and Communication with you only. Flip Cards Ltd will never sell, share or pass on your information to any other third party.
Credit or Debit card transactions made via our online Shop are given directly to the Bank via our "SagePay Secure Payment Page", we do not see or store any card details you enter.
Payment details can also be accepted by telephone in which case your card details are taken, entered for you via our SagePay account page and then destroyed straight away, an invoice will be sent to confirm your purchase. We never keep any customers card details on record for future use.
Terms and Conditions of Sale for on-line Orders
Flip Cards Limited provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Flip Cards Limited attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Flip Cards Limited is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund.
All prices are subject to change without notice. If an order is received and paid for prior to a price increase, the pre-increase price will be honoured for that order alone and not on future orders.
Carriage fees are for postage and packing and are shown separately. Carriage charges are subject to change. If an order is received and paid for prior to a carriage price increase, the pre-increase price will be honoured for that order alone and not on future orders.
Flip Cards Limited is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless specified otherwise.
All orders must be prepaid. We currently accept payments through PayPal and Card Payments through SagePay. We do not accept COD orders or personal cheques. All payments will be cleared before items are shipped.
Customer Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about our organisation we want to hear about it and we will do our best to put it right.
Flip Cards Ltd shall make every reasonable effort to reach a swift and fair solution. In all cases, a complaint will be given full and fair consideration.
Our Customer Complaints Procedure has the following goals:
- To deal with complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively;
- To ensure that all complaints are handled in a consistent manner throughout;
- To increase customer satisfaction;
- To use complaints constructively in the planning and improvement of all services.
How to complain
Complaints can be made by telephone, email, ‘on-line’ or in writing
An acknowledgement of your complaint shall be sent not later than 21 days from the date of receipt of correspondence
A detailed reply, or a reply containing a detailed explanation for any delay, shall be sent no later than 28 days from the date of receipt of correspondence.
Where a transaction has taken place ‘on-line’ Flip Cards Ltd shall accept ‘on-line’ complaints from Customers and deal with them within the time period set out above.
